WJPQ－K Progressive divider is a device composted of multi pieces element , used in the progressive concentrical lubrication to distribute the lubricant to lube point quantity . Its characteristic follows.
1,This divider is a composted unit with single piston and multi pieces , it has tow outlets in one piece . There are four types ; WJPQ 1、WJPQ 2、WJPQ 3 and WJPQ 4.
2,Same type of divider composed with the same output pieces . The output of this divider is the sum of the entire outlet composed.
3,Type WJPQ 4 has a control piece in the composed device , this piece have not outlet.
4,Two or more of adjacent outlets may merge into one outlet to output , the output of this divider is the sum of rating output from every outlet merged.
5,Type WJPQ 1 and WJPQ 2 is arranged in the system in series , and WJPQ 3 and WJPQ 4 in parallel
6,The divider is prepared a motion indicate rod , the condition of divider can be observed , prepared also with limit switch if necessary to monitor and control the system.
7,Type WJPQ 2 and WJPQ 4 may set with overpressure indicator if demand.
